How The Jordan Horizon “Gym Red” Looks On-Feet

Early 2016, Jordan Brand will begin releasing general releases of their newly silhouette, the Jordan Horizon.

Having a similar build as the Jordan Future that used the Air Jordan 11 sole, the Jordan Horizon uses the tooling from the Air Jordan 13.

The first release of the silhouette was the Public School collaboration, and now we’re starting to see more colorways unveil like this “Gym Red” edition that is perfect for any Bulls fan.

Nike Zoom Hawk Flight “Carbon Fiber” Available Early

The Nike Zoom Hawk Flight “Carbon Fiber” is another upcoming 90s inspired releases that will be debuting sometime in 2016.

Following the re-release of the Nike Air Zoom Flight ’95 “Carbon Fiber” back in October 2015, Nike Sportswear will now be releasing the matching Nike Zoom Hawk Flight.

This low-top basketball silhouette sports a Black nubuck base upper with carbon fiber print detailing and a White outlined Nike Swoosh logo on the side. The shoe is finished with a White rubber midsole and icy translucent outsole.

The Nike Air Cruz “Black Cement” is one of the first 2016 releases of Victor Cruz’s signature shoe, the Nike Air Cruz.

This Nike Sportswear Trainer has as similar build as the Nike Air Trainer 1, Air Jordan 3, Air Safari, and the Air Yeezy – all built into one shoe.

Featuring an all-Black leather upper with a Black pyramid-like design on the back heel area, elephant print detailing on the toe and back heel strap. Other details include Neutral Grey seen on the inner interior and tongue, Red accents on the inner tongue and tongue tag, as well as the Air pocket, finished with a White midsole and icy translucent outsole.

A Petition Has Begun To Have The Nike Air Yeezy 2 Release Once More

Who wants another chance at the Nike Air Yeezy 2? Well, if you’re one of those people then you’d be in favor of this sneakerhead’s petition.

Started by Dwayne Gates Jr., who began a petition on Change.org to try and have Nike release the Nike Air Yeezy 2 once more, but this time as a GR release.

He stated: Sneakerheads have been killed over these shoes, gone into debt, have killed for these, robbed for these, bought fake versions of them, been robbed for them etc. How long must this occur. Nike can easily just produce a mass amount in each color (platinum, solar red, red October) and solve this problem. It will also help Kanye West who’s been upset about how Nike wouldn’t give him royalties on his shoe deal or how they wouldn’t make his shoe a mass general release. We’ll take one of the two requests. Please sign this petition and help bring awareness to Nike.

Thus far, he has over 2,120 supporters. If you’re one who wants to support his petition, then head over to Change.org and join the cause.

The adidas Basketball 2016 “Chinese New Year” Pack includes the adidas J Wall 2, adidas D Rose 6, and the adidas Crazylight Bosot 2.5. Each silhouette receives special inspired graphics covering the upper, with the Crazylight Boost 2.5 going with a Black and Yellow makeup.

Nike Air Huarache Premium “Mica Green”

Nike Sportswear debuts their latest premium edition of the Nike Air Huarache in its newest “Mica Green” colorway.

This release gets rid of the shoe’s traditional synthetic leather build and replaces it with nubuck, while keep its neoprene bootie and TPU heel counter support. The shoe features a Mica Green upper with Black detailing and matching rubber sole.

Another Classic Nike Air Flight 89 Returns

The Nike Air Flight 89 has a similar build as the iconic Air Jordan 4 silhouette which it draws its inspiration from, and now the classic shoe is making a return in another OG colorway.

One of the NBA stars to have worn the Nike Air Flight 89 during the early 90s was Ron Harper, who later joined Michael Jordan and the Chicago Bulls towards the backend of his career.

This classic silhouette returns in its original White, University Red, and Black color scheme. The shoe features a full White-based upper with Red accents and Black detailing.

1-of-1 Lasered Air Jordan 7 From Mark Smith to Chi McBride

Chi McBride is no stranger to rare Air Jordan exclusives, and recently as a Christmas present he received a 1-of-1 lasered Air Jordan 7 that was designed by Mark Smith.

McBride’s wife, Julissa McBride, who receives credit for showing off a teaser of this Air Jordan 7. The shoe features the laser print covering the upper, along with a special edition elephant print-like laser graphic box to house the 1-of-1 creation.

As of right now we have yet to see a full image of the shoe, but we were able to catch a glimpse of the toe box that shows off the laser detailing. Check out the full look below and stay tuned to Sneaker Bar for a full look at this design.

The Jordan Sky High Officially Returns

The Jordan Sky High returns for 2016. The iconic silhouette was first sought out to be a shoe that Nike was unsure on how to use the Jumpman logo on the lateral sides. In fact, the Jordan Sky High is the first sneaker to feature the iconic Jumpman logo.

Years later, the ‘test shoe’ is back and is now releasing in a Black and Grey canvas upper with suede and leather accents that rests atop a Sail sole.

BAIT and Diadora hook up together to release a special edition BAIT x Diadora N9000 “Notti Veneziane” collaboration inspired by the endless amount of culture one consumes while traveling Venice, like monuments, restaurants, carnivals, and more.

This Italian-made Diadora N9000 is built with premium Italian augusta & abricot leather, along with cow leather and snakeskin, while Italian nubuck hits the shoe’s pull-tabs. Other details include a Made in Italy Diadora button on the tongue, with a debossed Diadora logo on the heels.
