The season offering of the Reebok Court Victory Pump comes in a vibrant accented colorway with the release of this Reebok Court Victory Pump Solar Yellow edition for the warmer months of the year.

This retro tennis silhouette is famously known as the shoe that Michael Chang wore that comes dressed in a full White leather upper that includes a wavy check pattern on the heel and inner-tongue. Other details include Solar Yellow accents, the tennis ball Pump unit and a Grey sole.

adidas Introduces the AlphaBounce

didas today introduces AlphaBounce, an innovative new running shoe that offers an adaptive fit and feel for runners and versatile athletes.

The combination of BOUNCE cushioning in the midsole with a seamless upper enables athletes to stay focused on their run with fewer distractions and restrictions.

“AlphaBOUNCE was created from the notion that in order for athletes to perform at their highest potential, they need to be ‘in the zone’ – defined as a state of determination, clarity, or disconnect – which allows athletes to play more freely,” said Andy Barr, Category Director for adidas Global Running. “adidas aims to remove distractions and help athletes achieve that state more quickly with the seamless experience of AlphaBOUNCE.”

AlphaBOUNCE was developed using a motion capture technology called Aramis, which measures mechanics of the foot during movement. Based on motion capture insights during a runner’s stride, the defining features of AlphaBOUNCE were designed to offer support or expansion where the athlete needs it most, coupled with minimal materials and stitching to offer fewer distractions while running.

FORGEDMESH

AlphaBOUNCE features a first of its kind FORGEDMESH upper, which is comprised of one layer of material with no seams, allowing the foot to move in its truest form. The FORGEDMESH is molded in a ribbed pattern in specific areas to allow for more support or expansion.

“FORGEDMESH was built upon a completely functional insight,” said George Robusti, Senior Design Director for adidas Global Running. “Using motion capture technology, we identified parts of the foot that expand during a runner’s stride. With only one piece of material, FORGEDMESH offers support in these areas, which results in a more dynamic experience during activity.”

BOUNCE

The BOUNCE midsole is comprised of EVA foam that has been engineered to feel soft and comfortable at step in and provides a responsive, elastic experience when running. The AlphaBOUNCE midsole is designed to flow seamlessly with the FORGEDMESH upper.

adidas AlphaBOUNCE will be available in Core Black/Iron Metallic/Clear Grey for both men and women for $100 USD on adidas.com starting June 15th. Additional colorways will be available on adidas.com and at select retailers nationwide on June 20th.

Vans 50th Era Pro ’83 “Stripes/Checkers”

Vans is celebrating their 50th anniversary of the Vans Era silhouette by debuting a collection that includes this Vans 50th Era Pro 83 Stripes Checkers edition.

The throwback silhouette comes in a style that became an icon during the 80’s, especially when BMX superstar Eddie Fiola wore them in a renowned Vans ad.

This releases of the popular Vans Era comes in a Red, White and Blue color scheme that’s complemented with Blue toxin. The entire upper dons the Stripes and Checkers pattern, along with its sockliner that pays nod to the collection with a Gold “Vans 50th Anniversary” printed design.

The silhouette that was made famous in the Back to the Future film worn by Marty McFly is making a return with the release of this upcoming Nike Bruin Leather Black White colorway.

Evoking a retro look, the Nike Bruin Leather is remastered with a premium feel and elevated details. The clean, classic profile and plush comfort makes this a versatile, everyday shoe. Ahead of officially celebrating the 30th Anniversary of the iconic Nike Air Max in 2017, Nike Sportswear will be debuting their latest energy-inspired iteration of silhouette with the Nike Air Max 1 CX release.

Dressed in a White and Varsity Royal color scheme. This brand new edition of the Nike Air Max 1 features a color-shift material that reacts to the sun, and other UV lights, the shoe turns off-White to Blue.

Jordan Brand’s “Track Spike” Shoes

Jordan Brand seems to be divining into other sports as of late, with golf shoes and recently with soccer cleats. Now, the Jumpman looks to take over the Track and Field scene and we get a first look at their latest Jordan Track Spike shoes.

This track-specific shoe dubbed the “Track Spike” is for track and field athlete Kori Carter. Dressed in a vibrant Bright Crimson upper that is heavily covered in elephant print, with a large Jumpman on the side panel.

Jordan Brand has also designed exclusives for other track athletes, such as April Holmes and Mandy White. A release date for the Jordan Track Spike has yet to be announced.

The Made in England New Balance 577 Returns

The classic ’80s runner, the New Balance 577 Made in England is finally making a comeback that comes dressed in a mixture of Grey, Black and Red.

This releases comes constructed with a mixture of suede and mesh throughout the upper that includes the shoe’s traditional vintage midsole and leather ‘N’ logo for a premium look. Completing the look is the shoe’s known ENCAP shock absorption system.

Nike Zoom All Out Flyknit Two New Upcoming Colorways

The Nike Zoom All Out Flyknit has already started to hit retailers and now we take a look at a few more upcoming Nike Zoom All Out Flyknit releases that will be debuting soon.

These two colorways are dressed in a Blue/Teal and Grey/Orange color schemes. Both pairs are built with a full Nike Flyknit upper that rests atop a visible Zoom unit sole. The training shoe merges the ultra-light lockdown of a 3/4-height Flyknit upper with a Zoom Air unit that runs nearly the length of the shoe. It’s the most responsive of rides, for your fastest runs.

One of Nike Basketball’s most famous silhouette is the Nike Hyperdunk, which originally debuted back in 2008. Today, this Nike Hyperdunk 2008 Triple Black colorway just made its debut for the summer.

When the shoe first released in 2008, they were part of Nike Basketball’s Beijing Olympics program, and now that the Rio Olympics is right around the corner, it makes sense for the Nike Hyperdunk 2008 to make its retro return.

This release comes dressed in a full “Triple Black” color scheme covering the entire upper all the way down to the rubber sole.

Interview with Allen Kuo, the Kid that Got 100 Pairs of YEEZYs Before Release

Everyone seen the image of Allen Kuo, a 20 year old who was able to get his hands on 100 pairs of the adidas Yeezy 750 Boost “Light Grey” before release.

Sneaker Watch recently sat down with Allen for an exclusive interview to talk about how he got started, as well as how he was able to get so many YEEZYs before they actually debuted.

Interesting enough, Allen Kuo admits that he doesn’t even wear Air Jordans or YEEZYs and that he isn’t a sneakerhead and is just in it for the money.

Under Armour Curry 2.5 “73-9” Release Date

Steph Curry and the Golden State Warriors won their 73rd game of the season to claim the best NBA single season record in NBA history, passing Michael Jordan and the Chicago Bulls’ 72-10 season.

The pair of shoes Steph Curry wore during the win over the Memphis Grizzlies was the Under Armour Curry 2.5, which is an identical model to the Curry 2 with different materials used for the postseason.

The “73-9” UA Curry 2.5 features a White to Royal gradient fade with hints of Yellow as a nod to the colors of Golden State. The shoe is built with a molded synthetic upper, with a mesh underlays that adds ventilation, while the Charged cushioning and Multi-Directional Herringbone traction pattern adds stability.

Using the world-famous shelltoe sneaker as a canvas, adidas Originals has elevated the shoe through a premium material treatment, using a sliced nubuck construction with a embossed snakeskin motif, accented with premium leather overlays on the three-stripes and heel-tab. If you’re a fan of Kevin Durant and/or Russell Westbrook, then you’ll love this newly released adidas Ultra Boost ST OKC Thunder colorway.

While not officially affiliated with OKC, this adidas Ultra Boost is the perfect silhouette to rock while cheering for the Thunder all the way to the NBA Finals.

This release feature an all-White Primeknit upper with Blue and Orange hints throughout to give off that OKC vibe and also includes a supportive translucent midfoot section on the midsole.

ASICS Tiger is back with their latest ASICS Gel Selvedge Denim Collection for the summer that includes the ASICS Gel Lyte V, ASICS Gel Lyte III and the Gel Sight silhouettes.

Kicking things off with the ASICS Gel Lyte V that goes with an all-Black look that includes Red hints near the heel. The ASICS Gel Lyte III dons a canvas and denim build in an off-White with Black leather branding and brass lace eyelets. Saucony Originals is going with a seafood theme for their latest Saucony Grid 8000 Lobster release that’s filled with protein.

Lobsters are known for their muscular tails, and live in crevices or burrows on the sea floor. This particular Saucony Grid 8000 features a full buttery Beige and Pink color scheme, with the Pink tones representing the lobster shell done in a unique splatter graphic on the midsole. Other details to this release includes hints of Bright Green on the eyelets and branding, along with a Gum rubber sole.

Bape x adidas NMD Collection Set to Release?

It appears that there’s an upcoming Bape adidas NMD in the works, as we have spotted these leaked images of what’s supposed to be an upcoming Bape x adidas NMD collaboration.

Legendary streetwear brand appears to have hooked up with adidas Originals for a special edition collaboration using the popular adidas NMD silhouette.

Shown here is a preview look, which shows the runner featuring the brand’s signature camouflage print covering the entire Primeknit upper.

As of right now nothing is officially just yet, but word is that this Bape x adidas NMD collab will also include matching apparel. Stay tuned to Sneaker Bar for further updates as they develop.
