The Nike Air Foamposite One line is making waves again. With the return of the Galaxy Foamposite and the upcoming Black/Volt Foamposites, excitement is at an all-time high. As interest rises, collectors are uncovering rare Foamposite samples. One of the latest finds is the Nike Air Foamposite One ‘Bronze Cough Drop’ Sample.

Recently showcased by Index Portland, this unreleased sample merges elements from two past releases. It combines the red translucent outsole of the 2010 ‘Cough Drop’ Foamposite with an upper inspired by the 2011 ‘Metallic Pewter’ colorway. The upper features grey and olive hues, creating a unique bronze-like metallic finish.

This exclusive sample briefly appeared on Index Portland’s website on March 1st. However, it was quickly taken down—likely due to an immediate purchase by a sneaker collector. The sudden disappearance of this rare pair only adds to its mystique.
