Nike Sportswear will be releasing two renditions of the Blazer Mid ’77 “Indigo” paying tribute to the Indigofera Tinctoria plant – which is also known as True Indigo.

Similar to the “Obsidian” pair, this Nike Blazer Mid features a White canvas upper with Light Blue canvas Swoosh and heel overlays. The rear also includes embroidered facts on the fruit, including the scientific name as well as a floral print. Cork material is used on the heel and tongue complete with a White midsole and Dark Cinder rubber outsole.

Nike LeBron 18 “Gong Xi Fa Cai” Celebrates Traditional Chinese Culture

Inspired by “Gong Xi Fa Cai” – an expression used to blessing each other every Chinese New Year, Nike teamed up with 400ml_Brand, a local graffiti creative unit in China, to launch the LeBron 18 “Gong Xi Fa Cai”, injecting a youthful attitude and new vitality into traditional Chinese culture.

This Nike LeBron 18 features an upper mainly presented in Red, which is full of celebration; the four words “Gong Xi Fa Cai” adopts a unique graffiti design; the water drop effect on the Blue translucent TPU on the heel echoes the Blue ink on the White midsole. It has the implied meaning of “getting out when you encounter water”; the “Gong Xi Fa Cai” pattern on the insole is displayed in the form of window grilles, and the LeBron logo is deliberately placed upside down, like “inverted stickers”, symbolizing “the king is coming”; in addition, the midsole and Air technology is added to the tongue, and the fish scale pattern hidden on the tongue also has the meaning of “more than every year.”

Pharrell and adidas Reveals New NMD Hu “Cream”

Following a few regional exclusive releases, as well as several colorful options, Pharrell Williams and adidas Originals will be taking their momentum into 2021 with many more NMD Hu pairs to come, including this new “Cream” colorway.

This offering of the adidas NMD Hu features a Cream-colored upper with ditches the mesh weaves for a ribbed finish. Black chenille is used on the signature inspirational message embroidered on the forefoot, while having Pink and Blue contrasting accents at the heel and front EVA insert overlay, respectively. PUMA Celebrates Black History Month With Black Fives Partnership

PUMA is celebrating Black History Month by highlighting the work of Black leaders, partners, and community organizations that continue to inspire and shape the future for generations to come.

To kick off the month, PUMA announces its latest partnership with Black Fives Foundation that will include various apparel and footwear collection including a special edition Clyde Mid colorway that features the foundation’s trademarked slogan “Make History Now.”

Set to launch later this year, The Black Fives Foundation’s Virtual Vault, presented by PUMA, will be an online portal for visitors to see, learn, and be inspired by the pre-NBA history of African American in basketball through nearly 1,000 artifacts in the Foundation’s archive. To celebrate the 30th Anniversary of the Air Jordan 6 in 2021, Jordan Brand will be bringing back the original “Carmine” Air Jordan 6.

The “Carmine” colorway made its debut back in 1991, and was the first Air Jordan 6 to have colored panels on the upper. They returned in the Countdown Pack in 2008, followed by its most recent appearance in 2014.

For its 2020 retro, the Air Jordan 6 will look exactly like they did back in 1991 in celebration of the 30th Anniversary of the silhouette. They’ll come complete with its OG height and “Nike Air” on the heels.
