The Return of an Icon

The Nike Air Foamposite One “Galaxy” originally dropped in 2012 as part of the “Galaxy Pack” during NBA All-Star Weekend. Its otherworldly nebula-inspired upper made it one of the most hyped sneaker releases ever. The launch was so chaotic that stores had to cancel in-person releases, leading to resale madness. Craigslist and eBay became the hub for trades, including someone offering a used car in exchange for a pair.

The Trading Post Experience

Nike is embracing the sneaker’s history by allowing people to offer their wildest trades for a chance to secure a pair. Interested participants must sign up online, and selected individuals will receive email invitations with further details.

The event is exclusive to New York City, making it a highly anticipated sneaker moment. Expect to see insane trade offers, from rare collectibles to high-value items, as sneakerheads battle for the legendary Galaxy Foamposites.
