Ohio State is getting its own Nike Max 90 Vapor football cleat, with a release scheduled for November 3rd. The Buckeyes-inspired design uses the school’s red, black, and silver colors, along with several details tied to the football program.

The Nike Max 90 Vapor “Ohio State” is the first team-specific version of the cleat to release this season. It also comes alongside a matching Nike Air Max 90, giving Ohio State fans a regular sneaker to go with the football cleats. Both pairs are part of Nike’s college football footwear collection, which has also included matching Vaporposite and Foamposite releases for other schools.

Red shaggy suede covers the toe and much of the upper, with black leather used on the angled side panels. The silver Swoosh features sharp teeth, while claw marks appear across the upper. “Defend the Shoe” lettering is written in Old English font, matching the “Fight to the End” graphic printed on the insoles.
