John Elliott debuted this particular colorway of the Nike M2K Tekno during his runway show earlier this year.

Now the shoe is officially beginning to arrive to retailers dressed in a Orange, Blue, White and Black color scheme. It features a White leather upper with Orange and Blue overlays, and Black detailing on the tongue, lacing system, Swoosh logo and plastic heel wrap.

This Nike M2K Tekno is now arriving at select Europe retail stores like Offspring. You can expect them to become available very soon in the states and on Nike.com.
