The Nike Air Akronite was first spotted as a kids exclusive, but yesterday LeBron James was spotted rocking the silhouette in a brand new colorway.

If you look closely, the shoe has some similarities to the Nike Air Yeezy 2 on the midsole.
This particular player exclusive version of the Nike Air Akronite sports a full Black-based upper with multicolored graphic print overlay, LeBron’s crown logo hitting the heel, and the FB-inspired Nike Swoosh on the forefoot.
As of right now there is no release date confirmed for these yet, but stay tuned to Sneaker Bar for further updates as it now appears that this new model isn’t just a kids exclusive silhouette.
