LeBron James continues to command attention around the NBA, even as he prepares for another season at 41 years old. While much of the conversation has focused on his latest career decision and a new-look Philadelphia roster featuring Tyrese Maxey, Jaylen Brown, and Joel Embiid, his Nike signature line is also moving toward another major milestone.
The upcoming Nike LeBron 24 will extend the longest-running signature basketball series tied to an active NBA player. Before that model officially takes over, Nike still has a few LeBron 23 releases and player-exclusive colorways left to reveal.
Recent pairs have looked back at memorable designs from earlier in James’ career, including updated versions of the “Stewie Griffin” and “Hardwood Classics” themes. The latest LeBron 23 shifts the attention to Nike’s Elite Youth Basketball League with a new EYBL-exclusive edition.
Shared by longtime James associate Frankie Walker Sr., the Nike LeBron 23 “EYBL” arrives in a bold brunt orange-like finish with crown graphics stretching along the side panels. The artwork gives the pair a distinct look while connecting it to the royal imagery regularly used throughout LeBron’s signature collection.
Like most EYBL footwear, this LeBron 23 is not expected to receive a public release. The pair will likely remain limited to players participating in the basketball circuit, along with select friends and family.
