The Nike KD 7 Elite “Elevate” is a nod to the Blue Sky which the rest of the Nike Basketball Elite “Elevate” Collection will be dressed in shades of Blue – including the Nike Kobe 10 Elite and Nike LeBron 12 Elite.
This “Elevate” Elite edition of the Nike KD 7 is dressed in Gym Blue, Light Retro, Obsidian, and Metallic Silver color scheme. Featuring a Blue-based upper that includes minor hints Crimson on the Air Unit that sits atop an icy translucent outsole. The shoe is designed to enhance natural motion and responsiveness without compromising strength. Hyperposite upper construction is now perforated to minimize weight and deliver zoned breathability.
The shoe’s three primary features include Hyperposite upper construction, dynamic Flywire technology and Nike Zoom Air cushioning. Designer Leo Chang built the shoe to be light and tight, optimized for performance in a clean aesthetic.
Nike KD 7 Elite “Elevate” Release Date
Look for the Nike KD 7 Elite “Elevate” to release on Friday, May 15th, 2015 at select Nike Basketball retailers, including Nike.com. The retail price tag is set at $200 USD. For those interested, you can find a few pairs available early on eBay.
