Devin Booker’s Debuts The Nike Book 1 Mowabb “Trails End Brown”

Devin Booker continues to merge heritage and basketball with his signature Nike Book 1, this time drawing inspiration from a legendary trail shoe. The Phoenix Suns star debuted a new Nike Book 1 “Trails End Brown” PE, paying homage to the 1991 ACG Mowabb in the same brown-based colorway.

Booker’s latest PE features a brown suede upper, deep purple mesh collar, and golden-yellow interior lining, closely mirroring the Mowabb’s iconic “Trails End Brown” edition. The midsole carries Nike’s classic speckled print, a hallmark of ACG sneakers, while black Swoosh branding and orange lace eyelets complete the rugged aesthetic.

This isn’t the first time Booker has referenced the ACG line. Earlier, Nike revealed a Book 1 “Mowabb” edition with a Twine-colored upper and teal accents, resembling the OG Mowabb. However, this Trails End Brown PE takes the nostalgia even further, calling back to a colorway that wasn’t reissued until 2021.

While this “Trails End Brown” Book 1 PE won’t hit retail shelves, fans can still expect the general release “Mowabb” colorway to drop in March 2025 at select retailers and Nike.com.

With other original ACG Mowabb hues still in Nike’s archives, could Booker’s next tribute be around the corner?
