The Nike Book 1 “Torched” signals the closing moment of Devin Booker’s debut signature shoe, wrapping the model with a storyline tied to Phoenix’s rise-from-ashes mythology. Booker’s first silhouette has carried more than 30 distinct editions since its introduction, and this final chapter leans directly into that theme.

The pair features a frayed white canvas upper treated with scorched detailing across the toebox, Swoosh, laces, and heel. Burn marks continue onto the outsole, giving the design a uniform narrative. A cut-out hole on the tongue tag reinforces the “torched” concept without relying on loud graphics. Inside, each pair carries a “1 of 1996” label, referencing the tightly limited production run.

Nike has ended signature chapters with symbolic makeups before, and this approach mirrors that tradition. The “Torched” Book 1 arrives as the final bridge toward Booker’s upcoming Book 2 model, creating a clean transition between eras.

The Nike Book 1 “Torched” is expected to launch on December 30, 2025 at select retailers and Nike.com. The retail price tag is $155 USD.
