Nike is coming through with some cozier fall vibes courtesy of the Ava Rover in a “Desert Moss” colorway.

The shoe starts with a Desert Moss mesh base, a Sail mudguard and then an expressive chunky, sculpted ReactX midsole for forward-looking comfort. The use of mini black Swooshes provide a nice graphic contrast while the waffle-patterned outsole nods to vintage Nike trail design, in hues that are certainly ready for cool-weather ensembles.

The Ava Rover was first introduced earlier this year as an expansion of Nike’s lifestyle front pushing the ideas of utility and comfort. The “Desert Moss” colorway gives that proposition another dimension, pairing muted greens with creamy neutrals for a color scheme that will pair seamlessly with layers of flannels or cargos.

The Nike Ava Rover “Desert Moss” will release November 6, 2025 for $145 through Nike.com and select retailers.
