For this year’s Nike Air VaporMax BHM, Nike will celebrate the 25th of Gail Devers as part of their Black History Month celebration.
The Black History Month designed Nike Air VaporMax feature a Black and White Flyknit upper. As a nod to the Pan-African flag, the colors of Red and Green are seen on the heel and outsole. As a nod to Gail Devers, who broke boundaries by earning gold in the IAAF 100-meter World Championship title, the date August 20, 1993 is printed on the sides, thus cementing a commemorative moment for women in sport.
Nike Air VaporMax BHM Release Date
Look for the Nike Air VaporMax “BHM” to release on February 1st at select retailers and Nike.com. The retail price tag is set at $205 USD.
