Nike Air Foamposite Pro “Glow in the Dark” Releases Fall 2026

Published on

The Nike Air Foamposite Pro “Glow in the Dark” is officially taking shape for 2026, and the first images confirm that Nike is going all in on the theme. Instead of limiting the glow effect to the sole or a few small details, the entire Foamposite shell will light up in the dark.

In daylight, the pair keeps things fairly simple. A pale Summit White finish covers the molded shell, while black takes over the eyestay, laces, tongue, collar, outsole, and oversized lateral Swoosh. Smaller white Swooshes add contrast around the toe, tongue, and heel. The muted color setup lets the molded upper do most of the work once the lights go out.

Foamposite has always handled bold finishes well, and this release fits that history without overcomplicating the design. Longtime Nike Basketball fans may also see a loose connection to the Zoom Rookie, another Penny-era model that leaned into a full glow treatment.

The first look also shows the familiar carbon-fiber plate underfoot, black traction, and “Foamposite” branding on the heel pull tabs. Nothing about the shape has been toned down. It still has the heavy molded build and sharp sidewall lines that made the Foamposite Pro stand apart in the first place.
