Nike Air Penny V “Highlighter” Official Images

Around this time last year, Nike Sportswear made history by bringing back the signature sneaker line of Anfernee Hardaway, introducing the Air Penny V an amazing 14 years after the Air Penny IV was released in 1998. Blending classic Air Penny heritage with modern technology and design language, the Air Penny V has been well received by Penny enthusiasts and will continue to launch in new colorways throughout the remainder of this year.

Seen here in detail is the “Volt” Nike Air Penny V Highlighter. The shoe features Nike’s signature hue throughout it’s bonded synthetic and mesh upper, with black working the tongue, inner lining, pull-tab, Swoosh and trim. A ‘splatter’ pattern in applied to the eyestay, collar and midsole, which sits below a wavy white foam wing. A volt Max Air bag and translucent outsole ride below and Penny’s famous ’1CENT’ logo is applied in three areas.
