Nike Adds The Air Max 97 To Their “First Use” Collection

Nike is celebrating the 50th Anniversary of the Swooshes origin by releasing their “First Use” collection. Adding to the lineup is another color option of the Air Max 97.

This offering of the Nike Air Max 97 includes some key details from the collection including the trademarked date June 18th, 1971 printed on the medial side, retro tongue tags, double laces, Gold Swoosh lace lock with a solitary diamond, and signature branded insoles. The shoe comes constructed in a mix of mesh, leather, and suede with repeated “Nike” branding along the lower overlay.
