Nike still has tricks up their sleeve for the Nike Air Max 95. In what has been a year full of retros and collaborations for the Sergio Lozano-designed silhouette, Nike continues to find ways to keep it relevant through simple updates and brand new takes.

The latest example revisits the Nike Air Max 95 Woven from earlier in 2019. Taking design elements from the Nike Air Footscape, gradient panels were traded out in favor of a woven construction. Longer lace loops are woven throughout multiple layers of the shoe. While there have been plenty of mixed feelings towards non-OG versions of the 95, Nike generally hit the mark upon release of the original Woven.

Nike takes another crack at the concept in 2026 and hits the mark with better execution. Dark grey suede panels cover the base of the shoe while strips of yellow, pink, orange, and green canvas contrast through the woven pattern. The theme continues down to multicolor tongue branding, insole, and a deep shade of purple across both the Swoosh and visible Air unit.
