The Nike Air Max 90 “Infrared” will be returning in true OG form in 2020 to celebrate the 30th Anniversary of the Air Max 90 silhouette.
While known for his work with Michael Jordan, designer Tinker Hatfield created the Nike Air Max 90 formerly known as the Air Max III with quickness in mind. One of the models most iconic colorways was the “Infrared” release, which made its debut in 1990.
For 2020, Nike will be bringing back Hatfield’s “Infrared” Air Max 90 in true original form. The shoe comes constructed in a mix of mesh, leather, and suede to give off that 1990 feel and vibe with its original stitching in the Swoosh and refined shape.
