Nike Air Max 1000.2 “Glacier Blue” Releases July 30th

Published on

The Nike Air Max 1000.2 “Glacier Blue” takes a restrained approach, with black covering nearly every inch of the shoe. Glacier Blue is used almost exclusively around the exposed Air unit at the heel, where Air Max 1000.2 branding inside the window provides one of the few visual breaks from the dark upper.

The silhouette will look familiar to anyone who saw the first Air Max 1000, but it hasn’t been carried over unchanged. The molded laceless upper now mixes rougher textured sections with smoother panels through the middle, giving the shoe a little more shape and definition. A small molded Swoosh is blended into the lateral side, while the oversized “AIR” branding remains stamped into the heel.

The updates continue below, where the heel appears slightly reworked and the outsole combines deep flex grooves with a chunky block-pattern tread. They’re subtle adjustments rather than major ones, but together they give the Air Max 1000.2 a more refined look without moving away from the original design.

The Nike Air Max 1000.2 “Glacier Blue” releases July 30, 2026 via SNKRS for $180 USD. Check out the official photos below.
