Blue and purple stitching runs across the black mesh upper of the Nike Air Liquid Max “Radiant Blue,” moving from the toe through the sides and around the heel. The pattern feels less controlled than standard color blocking, which helps carry over some of the tree frog influence behind the model.

Black takes care of the majority of the accents including the Swooshes, laces, tongue panels, and molded overlays. Purple returns on the insoles, while turquoise traction pods help to break up the dark outsole. Nike is listing this colorway Black/Glow Blue/Gem Blue/Black.

What separates the Liquid Max is still the setup underneath. Individual Air pods stretch from heel to toe with open spaces between them rather than one continuous unit. The exposed construction gives the shoe its raised shape and keeps it well outside the look of a traditional Air Max release.

The Nike Air Liquid Max “Radiant Blue” will release July 23, 2026 in adult sizing for $220.
