The Nike Air Foamposite One “Cough Drop” was released in June 2010 and received its nickname due to its outsole color resembling common throat-soothing cand. The release was major upgrade from the 2007 Black/Varsity Red colorway.

Dressed in a Black and Varsity Red color scheme. This offering of the Nike Air Foamposite One features a Black mesh inner bootie and suede eyestays with a matching Black Foamposite shell wrapping the shoe. A Black carbon fiber shank, 1 Cent Penny loog on the heels and underfoot atop a Red semi-translucent outsole completes the design.
