For those that are unaware of the battle going on between Los Hacheros vs. Jeremy Scott let us explain. Streetwear label Los Hacheros claims that Jeremy Scott plagiarized the artwork Jim Phillips and his label Santa Cruz for this Winter 2013 Collection as explained on their Facebook page.

Here is a statement from the brand:
Jeremy Scott has been embarrassing the sneaker scene for many years, and
coupled with his blatant disregard for Santa Cruz we decided to issue some
well deserved payback. We did it in the style of the Harlem Shake, with
fire & axes.
