The lawsuit highlights instances where Fox openly displayed fake Nike sneakers on Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok, profiting from the unauthorized promotion. Notably, a YouTube video shows Fox exchanging a $15 counterfeit pair for a genuine product in a Nike store, garnering 620K views.

Additionally, the legal action points to Fox’s operation of a Discord community as a marketplace for acquiring replica Nike sneakers from overseas. Nike contends that Fox collaborated with counterfeiters and service providers like PandaBuy, a shipping platform, to boost the promotion of fake products. Fox is also named as a co-owner of W2C.net, allegedly facilitating the sale of numerous counterfeit Nike products offered by PandaBuy.

Nike accuses Fox of deceptive practices on social media, labeling him a “troll” for posting content depicting him wearing counterfeit Nike shoes at public events to mislead others.

In its legal filing, Nike seeks a court order to stop Fox and associates from engaging in the manufacturing, transportation, promotion, advertising, and sale of counterfeit Nike products. The company also seeks damages and related expenses, aiming for three times the amount specified in the lawsuit.

In conclusion, Nike is taking legal action to protect its brand and curb the promotion of counterfeit products by Eben “Cedaz” Fox, emphasizing the importance of maintaining the integrity of its products in the market.
