Dragon Ball is officially getting the LEGO treatment for the first time. The debut set pairs Shenron with Kid Goku in a 1,764-piece build that goes back to the earlier days of Akira Toriyama’s series, rather than focusing on the later Dragon Ball Z era.

Most of the build is dedicated to Shenron, shown coiled above a base holding all seven Dragon Balls. LEGO gave the dragon his familiar green body, gold-colored underside and red accents, along with molded-looking details recreated through bricks across the scales, horns and claws. His head and claws can be moved around a bit, so the finished model doesn’t have to stay in one fixed position.

There’s also a Kid Goku minifigure, a first for LEGO. He wears the orange gi and has the spiky black hair and Saiyan tail from his younger years. His Power Pole is included, as is Nimbus, which can be separated from the main build and used to display Goku riding the cloud.

The whole thing stands about 12.5 inches tall and 9 inches wide once finished. LEGO also worked the original Dragon Ball manga logo into a plaque on the base, another detail that fits with the period the set is pulling from. Digital 3D instructions will be available through the LEGO Builder app.

LEGO Insiders get the first shot at the Dragon Ball Shenron & Goku set on November 1, 2026. The wider release is scheduled for November 4, 2026, through LEGO.com and LEGO Stores.
