The Jordan Triangle is getting another mostly black option after making its debut with Cameron Boozer. This pair mixes Black and Metallic Silver across the upper, then adds an icy sole underneath to break up the darker look. The Triangle uses ZoomX cushioning and was made to work for different types of players rather than one position or style of play.
Black covers almost everything up top, but there’s enough going on with the materials to keep it from looking flat. Leather runs around the toe and along the sides, while woven panels take up much of the midfoot. Metallic Silver piping follows the edges, and matching Jumpman logos show up on the tongue and heel. Jordan lettering runs down the pull tab at the back.
Most of the color is saved for the sole, where translucent blue rubber wraps around the bottom and creeps up along the sides. Silver speckles are scattered throughout the icy sections, with black rubber breaking things up underneath. A black Jumpman is also visible through the outsole.
The Jordan Triangle “Black/Metallic Silver” will be available through Nike and select Jordan Brand retailers for $115. A release date has yet to be announced.
