Nike and Jordan Brand honor Breast Cancer Awareness Month with exclusive player-edition sneakers. October is the official month for awareness, but both brands support the cause year-round. They have created several Kay Yow-themed sneakers for NCAA teams. Previously, Nike gifted the Kobe 9 EM “Think Pink” PE to programs like Ohio State and Oregon. Now, Jordan Brand expands the initiative with the Jordan Tatum 3 “Breast Cancer Awareness” PE.
This special edition sneaker has appeared on players from Jordan-affiliated NCAA teams. The University of Florida is one of the teams showcasing this exclusive model. The shoe features a mix of ripstop mesh, mesh, and leather, ensuring durability and breathability. Its upper is designed with dynamic wavy panels, adding depth to the look. Various shades of pink dominate the sneaker, with hot pink overlays contrasting softer pastel tones. A white Jumpman logo is placed on the heel tab and lateral toe, while JT branding stands out on the tongue tag.
The Jordan Tatum 3 “Breast Cancer Awareness” PE is visually striking and carries an important message. The sneaker helps raise awareness and show support for those affected by breast cancer. However, despite its strong design and meaningful purpose, this edition will remain exclusive to NCAA teams. Unfortunately, it will not be available for retail purchase.
