Hellstar’s relationship with adidas is shaping up to be one of the more interesting creative threads of 2026, and NBA All-Star Weekend in Los Angeles is serving as its latest proving ground. After debuting its first adidas collaboration late last year, the LA-based brand is doubling down with another statement piece timed around the league’s biggest weekend.
Alongside the previously seen Hellstar x adidas AE 2, the brand is rolling out a matching take on the adidas Superstar that leans heavily into its dark, rebellious visual language. The shoe pairs a Warm Sandstone camouflage base with black graffiti-style detailing, echoing the aesthetic found across Hellstar’s apparel.
Beyond the loud print, the collaboration’s defining elements come through in the details. Distressed black Three Stripes sit on a custom panel, while flame-inspired accents nod to Hellstar’s logo. Exposed foam on the tongue and eyelets adds a raw, unfinished feel, and layered white stitching appears on the heel tab. Co-branded hits land on the tongue and back tabs, with green Trefoil tags peeking out from the spine. Even the insoles carry Hellstar’s signature screaming face graphic.
The Hellstar x adidas Superstar “Warm Sandstone” is expected to be available through adidas’ on-the-ground activations in Los Angeles during All-Star Weekend, February 13–15, with a retail price of $180 USD.
