PUMA teams up with acclaimed designer Fumito Ganryu to deliver a fresh iteration of the classic GV Special sneaker. Known for his minimalistic yet experimental approach, Ganryu introduces a refined black-and-white color scheme to this iconic model, enhancing its timeless appeal with modern details.

The revamped GV Special features a cowhide leather upper with suede overlays, lending it both durability and texture. Perforated detailing on the upper ensures breathability, while signature “PUMA” branding and a unique lacing system reflect Ganryu’s innovative touch. The sneaker sits atop a chunky sole, equipped with a translucent outsole that adds a contemporary edge to the silhouette.

Now available through Ganryu’s online store for ¥24,200 JPY (around $160 USD), the PUMA x Fumito Ganryu GV Special is set for a wider release on November 2 via PUMA’s official channels. This collaboration merges heritage design with forward-thinking style, making it a standout addition to any sneaker collection.
