Dragon Ball Z has spent decades moving well beyond anime circles, with characters like Goku becoming recognizable almost anywhere. Converse is leaning into that reach with a new collection built around seven sneakers, several familiar faces and a small run of matching apparel.

Shenron leads the group on a white and black Chuck 70 covered in detailed artwork of the wish-granting dragon. The graphic runs across the canvas upper, while smaller Dragon Ball references add more story-specific details throughout the design.

Goku appears on an orange pair inspired by his signature uniform, complete with a four-star Dragon Ball hangtag. Vegeta’s version uses blue and white across the upper, pulling from his Saiyan armor and adding a removable Scouter charm.

Several of the series’ biggest villains also receive their own sneakers. Frieza’s design includes a rounded purple patent leather tongue, while Cell’s pair adds extended horn-like pieces near the top. Majin Buu appears on a pink colorway with playful face graphics running down the front.

Goten and Kid Trunks finish the footwear lineup with a “Fusion” edition based on their Fusion Dance. The artwork follows the two characters as they combine to form Gotenks, giving the final pair a different look from the character-based releases.

Two T-shirts and a hoodie will arrive alongside the sneakers. Dragon Ball Z customization options will also be available through Converse By You for fans interested in creating their own Chuck Taylor All Star.

The full Converse x Dragon Ball Z lineup will launch on July 23, 2026, in North America and Greater China. It will launch worldwide on August 11, 2026.
