Boston sneaker boutique Concepts is hooking up with New Balance to release a “Boston Marathon” inspired New Balance 998.

This New Balance 998 is built with premium materials that celebrates Boston’s running heritage coming dressed in a palette of Royal Blue, Red, White and Black. Limited edition details include reflective touches on the tongue; croc embossed reflective hits on the back quarter and vamp that is a nod to previous Concepts x New Balance releases; and “Boston 2016” heel tab embroidery.
Look for the CNCPTS New Balance 998 Boston Marathon available now exclusively at The Tannery and Concepts Cambridge locations, followed by an online release beginning April 18th. The retail price tag is set at $220 USD.
