Bad Bunny and adidas are linking up again, this time with a hybrid sneaker pulled from the brand’s early-2000s soccer and running archives.

The upcoming Bad Bunny x adidas F50 Ghost Sprint blends elements from two very different performance models. Its upper takes inspiration from the adidas F50 football boot, including the web-like TPU detailing found on earlier versions of the silhouette. Rather than using the F50’s familiar fold-over tongue, the shoe keeps things simpler with a standard lace setup.

Underfoot, adidas turns to the Ghost Sprint, a low-profile track model from the same era. The archival runner provides the overall shape and outsole, though most of its original identity is covered by the newly designed soccer-inspired upper.

The F50 first arrived in 2004 and became closely associated with Lionel Messi during his early years with adidas. The Ghost Sprint has received far less attention since returning as a lifestyle shoe, but Bad Bunny’s involvement could introduce the model to a much larger audience.

The Bad Bunny x adidas F50 Ghost Sprint “Dark Marine” is scheduled to release on July 18, 2026. Available in men’s sizing, the retail price tag is set at $160 USD. Check out the official photos below.
