Awake NY’s next Jordan Brand project is bringing serious color to the Air Jordan 6. The Awake NY x Air Jordan 6 “Playful Pink” is expected to release in late August or early September 2026 through Awake NY, select retailers, and possibly SNKRS for $230 USD.

This closer look gives the pink pair a stronger case than the early on-foot images did. The design uses soft pink across the toe, tongue, and side panels, while a much brighter pink covers the heel, collar, and rear overlays. It is not a quiet sneaker, but that seems to be the point.

Awake NY continues its bold approach after reshaping the Air Jordan 5 with its signature script “A” branding. That same mark appears on the side window of this Air Jordan 6, adding a clear Awake touch without removing the model’s original identity.

Fire Red contrast stitching runs throughout the upper, giving the pastel base more edge. The heel adds Nike and Awake NY embroidery, while textured rear panels bring extra depth to the louder pink blocking.

The midsole pulls from classic Air Jordan 6 DNA with black, sail, and red sections underfoot. Pink speckling on the midsole hits ties the whole color story together, while the icy outsole keeps the look familiar for Jordan fans.

While the “Pink” Awake NY Jordan 6s may still split opinions, but the new photos show more detail and personality than the first preview. For fans who like their collaborations bold, this pair has no problem standing out.
