Reebok is paying homage to Allen Iverson by revisiting the place where his story began: Bethel High School in Hampton, Virginia.

The forthcoming Reebok Engine A “Bethel High School” Pack will be available in two colorways: green and yellow, and vice versa, an ode to Bethel’s signature colors.

Both shoes sport the classic embroidered “B” logo on the heel and feature the school’s mascot, a bear, on the insole. The homage is a reminder of Iverson’s prowess on the high-school court prior to leading Georgetown to the NCAA tournament and entering the NBA. Iverson chose the Engine A as the silhouette pays homage to his legacy, being Reebok’s first-ever basketball silhouette to be introduced under the leadership of Iverson and Shaquille O’Neal since the partnership’s recent relaunch.
