Jordan Brand athlete Jeff Green who recently signed with the Cleveland Cavaliers just received a very special edition Air Jordan XXX1 in remembrance of his heart surgery five years ago.

This Air Jordan XXX1 comes dressed in a Red, White and Black color scheme. Featuring a White-based upper with stitching referencing Green’s post-surgery scar, the date of the surgery, the name of the doctor who operated on him, and the American Heart Association logo on the tongue.
