In 2022, Howard University teamed up with Jordan Brand, joining a select group of sponsored schools. This partnership brought exclusive colorways that celebrate the university’s iconic colors and heritage. The excitement soared when news broke about the upcoming Air Jordan 1 Low PE release in 2024, a clear testament to the strong collaboration between Howard and Jordan Brand. Recently, the university’s athletic department received a significant honor with the introduction of their exclusive Air Jordan 23 PE, solidifying their position at the intersection of sports, culture, and innovation.

Decked in Howard University’s distinctive colors, the Air Jordan 23 showcases a clean design. The White perforated leather base, Red mesh collar, and Navy suede overlays provide flexibility and a premium touch. The Bisons’ logo proudly stands out on the side, emphasizing school pride and exclusivity. The “HU” stitching on the quilted panel adds a personal touch, while the university’s logo takes center stage on the tongue. The bold contrast of a Red sole unit against a White outsole completes the eye-catching design.

Regrettably, the Air Jordan 23 “Howard University” PE will remain an exclusive for the school and won’t be available to the public. This limited-edition release encapsulates the strong bond between Howard University and Jordan Brand, exemplifying a shared commitment to excellence in sports, cultural representation, and innovation.
