The Air Jordan 2 “Radio Raheem” is set to be a special release from Jordan Brand to pay tribute to the character in the film, ‘Do the Right Thing’ directed by Spike Lee.
Radio Raheem was known as a young man who always carries around a huge boombox blasting only Public Enemy’s “Fight the Power.” He also wears a four-fingered ‘love’ and ‘hate’ ring on each hand, which symbolizes the struggle between the two forces.
This “Radio Raheem” edition of the Air Jordan 2 is part of a “Brooklyn ’80s” Pack that uses the colors found on the “Bed Stuy Do or Die” shirt that Raheem wore in the movie. The shoe is dressed in a Black, Fire Pink, Photo Blue, and Atomic Orange color scheme.
