Both the “Cherry” and “Flu Game” Air Jordan 12s are two original colorways of Michael Jordan’s twelve signature design with Nike—and first official Jordan Brand model—from 1997.
Worn by Michael Jordan throughout the 1996-97 NBA regular season. The Air Jordan 12 “Cherry” came dressed in the beloved original White and Red color scheme.
One of the most memorable moments while lacing up his twelfth signature shoe was Game 5 of the 1997 NBA Finals. Battling flu-like symptoms, Jordan lead the Bulls to a 3-2 series lead over the Utah Jazz with 38 points, 7 rebounds, 5 assists, 3 steals, and 1 block all in the Air Jordan 12 “Flu Game” colorway.
