Jordan Brand is set to introduce an all-new Air Jordan 12 for the fall season, the Air Jordan 12 Bordeaux. Dressed in a seasonal Bordeaux and Sail color scheme that’ll become available in October.
The Bordeaux color was first introduced on the Air Jordan 7 – featured on the tongue, the 23 logo on the heel, the outsole and the Jumpman logo. It quickly became a nickname for Jordan fans and collectors. Now the Bordeaux color is being translated to the Air Jordan 12.
Taking inspiration from Bordeaux, France’s rich winemaking tradition, this tone became an instant hit as an accent color in 1991. The Air Jordan 12 now gets its second Bordeaux version, which features a fully-flooded smooth suede upper.
Air Jordan 12 Bordeaux Release Date
Look for the Air Jordan 12 “Bordeaux” to release on October 14th at select Jordan Brand retail stores and Jordan.com. The retail price tag is set at $190 USD.
