adidas Basketball is honoring WNBA legend and adidas Women’s Basketball President, Candace Parker, with a jersey retirement event. The Candace Parker jersey retirement takes place Sunday, June 29, 2025, at Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles.
The day kicks off at 11:30 AM PT with a floral tribute outside the Star Plaza entrance. A massive display shaped around her iconic #3 jersey will greet fans. Each attendee will receive a yellow bloom to carry in support. At 12:30 PM, Parker will appear to take photos and meet supporters at the installation.
Later that day, the Los Angeles Sparks will face the Chicago Sky at 4:00 PM PT. Inside the arena, adidas and the Sparks will host a full yellow-themed takeover. Fans will receive limited-edition “That’s Our Ace” t-shirts. This symbolic gesture highlights Parker’s impact both on and off the court.
