Anthony Edwards’ second adidas signature continues to show a different side of his sneaker line, with the Anthony Edwards 2 “Tie-Dye” trading darker court-ready tones for a softer mix of peach, pink, and purple.

A peach TPU cage wraps the upper and extends through the toe cap, giving the shoe its main structure while keeping the colorway warm from the start. Pastel purple vents sit inside the forefoot cage, while the heel uses solid purple pieces instead of the open vented setup. The same sunset-like mix carries across the eyelets, collar, mesh side panels, plush tongue, and heel, creating the tie-dye effect without making the shoe feel overdone.

White only shows up in the small hits, most notably the Anthony Edwards branding on the tongue and the Trefoil logo on the heel. Also returning is the reflective toe box from the AE 1.

LaMelo Ball’s move from Charlotte to Minnesota gives the release a little more story around Edwards, who now shares the floor with another high-volume creator and scorer. That basketball context does not change the shoe itself, but it does make the AE line even more interesting as adidas continues building around one of the league’s most electric young stars.
