Nike is tapping into one of its most iconic Air color stories again, this time by shifting it onto a different classic. For Summer 2026, the Nike Air Max 90 “Ultramarine” reworks the legendary Nike Air 180 palette, bringing that familiar mix of blue, red, and soft neutral shades onto the Air Max 90.

The upper features a light mesh foundation with smooth grey overlays, creating a clean base for the brighter details to stand out. Sport Royal hits the Swoosh, lining, and branding, while Siren Red adds sharp contrast around the heel and midsole. Together, those colors keep the spirit of the original “Ultramarine” intact, even with the switch in silhouette.

Nike dresses the pair in Light Base Grey, Sport Royal, Coconut Milk, White, Platinum Tint, and Siren Red. While the Air Max 90 has a different shape than the Air 180, the color blocking clearly nods to the original and gives this release a strong retro feel.

The Air Jordan 1 Low OG “Banned” is destined to take center stage this Summer 2026. This colorway rewrites the black-and-red story that has been a constant in sneaker history. The color combination uses the classic “Bred” recipe but it’s the bright red X detail on the heel that gives this piece a finishing detail that is unseen on any OG Low.

Jordan Brand’s decision to revisit the Banned narrative taps into a mythology that has lived far beyond the court. Jordan Brand brought the high-top version back in 2011, and many fans still look at that release as one of the standout Jordan 1 drops from that era. A Team Crimson upper sets the tone, covering the perforated synthetic build, mesh toe box, tongue, and laces in one rich shade. Along the sides, the molded shell shifts between bronze and gold with a glossy finish that gives the pair its armored feel. That color play is what pushes this release beyond a standard retro runner and into something far more striking.

Black accents then keep everything tied together, hitting on the outlined Swoosh, tongue branding, heel impressions, and outsole. Kids of Immigrants and Nike look ready to pick things back up, this time through the lens of football as the 2026 FIFA World Cup gets closer. After sitting out 2025 without a new sneaker release, the Los Angeles label appears set to expand its growing Nike partnership beyond the Air Max Sunder that helped put the collaboration on the map.

A teaser shared by co-founder Daniel Buezo points to an upcoming Nike Football project, with early product info suggesting the shoe could be called the T90 Mule. However, “Nike Together 90” also seems to be part of the rollout, based on branding shown alongside the pair. Either way, this does not look like a simple retro. The design appears more built-out than past Total 90 mule styles from the 2000s.

The previewed pair combines olive leather side panels with khaki suede on the collar and tongue cover. University Gold and Fusion Red Swooshes add brighter contrast, while a Light Mulberry liner and mesh tongue help round out the upper. Inside, cork insoles stamped with Kids of Immigrants branding add a stronger collaborative touch.
