Nike Air Zoom Flight The Glove “Black/White” Returns Fall 2026

Nike Basketball is bringing back a true classic with the Nike Air Zoom Flight The Glove “Black/White”, set to return in Fall 2026. Originally released in 1998 and last seen in 2013, this was the shoe that perfectly captured Gary Payton’s unique style on the court — bold, fast, and full of attitude.

Dubbed “The Glove” in reference to Payton’s defensive play, the shoe was most known for its zip-up shroud that encased the entire upper. Functioning as an on-foot hug for the foot, the zipper revealed the inner workings of the shoe’s internal lacing system and its chunky red Monkey Paw support cage.

This 2026 edition stays loyal to the original, pairing a sleek Black neoprene shell with a crisp White toe and Swoosh contrast. Red detailing on the heel tab and outsole keeps the energy rooted in Payton’s Seattle SuperSonics era. Inside, Zoom Air units in the forefoot and heel ensure that performance legacy remains intact.

For collectors who missed its last run, this drop is pure ’90s nostalgia. Few sneakers capture an athlete’s style and swagger quite like The Glove did—and still does.

Air Jordan 4 “Comic” Brings Pop-Art Energy To Fall 2026

Jordan Brand is leaning into its comic book influence with the highly anticipated Air Jordan 4 “Comic” releasing Fall 2026. Pulling inspiration from expressive vintage comics and pop-art during the ’60s and ’70s, this vibrant colorway embodies nostalgia, design history, and sneaker culture in one cohesive drop.

Sporting a blend of Off White, Anthracite, Neutral Grey, Fire Pink, Light Arctic Pink, and Muslin colors, this playful Air Jordan 4 is sure to create a conversation. Its standout detail lies in the vibrant “Pow!”-style wing eyelets and retro Nike Air heel logo, both echoing the exaggerated graphics seen in golden-age superhero prints.

A gradient orange-to-pink mesh and soft aged midsole enhance the comic-inspired look, while black and pink accents keep things grounded. Even the subtle yellowing on the Air unit nods to that old-school aesthetic—like a page aged perfectly over time.

Speculative mockups hint at what could be one of the most imaginative AJ4s yet, blending artistry with sneaker heritage.

Expect the Air Jordan 4 “Comic” to release between July and September 2026, available through select Jordan Brand retailers and Nike.com. Retail is set at $220 USD.

Air Jordan 6 “Light Aqua” Releases Fall 2026

Jordan Brand is giving fans another reason to celebrate with the Air Jordan 6 “Light Aqua”, arriving Fall 2026. This new colorway adds a fresh twist to the classic silhouette that helped Michael Jordan secure his first NBA Championship in 1991.

While some might see hints of the coveted Tiffany hue, this isn’t a collaboration — it’s Jordan Brand’s own take on luxury-inspired tones. Early mockups show a Light Aqua suede upper with Black and Grey accents. The colorway is crisp, yet well balanced and should stand out on and off the court. The translucent outsole and visible Air unit are both AJ6 signatures.

2026 marks the 35th Anniversary of the Air Jordan 6, so it’s no surprise the model is getting special treatment. Alongside the “Light Aqua,” reports suggest the return of the “White Infrared” and debut of a “Reverse Infrared” edition, making next year a standout for AJ6 collectors.

The Air Jordan 6 “Light Aqua” is set to release between July 2026 – September 2026 at select Jordan Brand retailers and Nike.com. The price for this shoe is $215 USD.

Nike GT Future “Metallic Silver” Releases December 2025

Shot by sneaker obsessive Veneda Carter, the Nike GT Future “Metallic Silver” is given its futuristic shine.

Seen in the daylight, the shoe is quite matte and minimal. But direct the flash of the camera on it and watch as the entire shoe transforms into a deep silver hue from heel to toe. Fluid draping in the shoe’s structure lends it an almost sculptural quality that is unexpected in performance footwear. Outsole, tongue and inner sockliner are featured in black and perforations keep things subtly ventilated.

That duality between minimalism and flash also makes the silhouette one of Nike’s boldest basketball statements to date.

The Nike GT Future “Metallic Silver” will be available December 6th, 2025 via Nike.com and select retailers for $200 USD.

Nike LeBron 23 “From This Point Forward” Honors LeBron’s Iconic SI Cover

LeBron James’ journey from teenage prodigy to global icon takes center stage again in the Nike LeBron 23 “From This Point Forward”. The design revisits his 2002 Sports Illustrated cover that boldly declared him “The Chosen One,” a moment that set the tone for his legendary career.

Sports Illustrated magazine cover featuring a young LeBron James from St. Vincent–St. Mary High School, holding a basketball and wearing his white “Irish” jersey with number 23. The headline reads “The Chosen One,” highlighting him as a high school junior projected to be an NBA lottery pick.
LeBron James appeared on the iconic February 18, 2002, cover of Sports Illustrated as “The Chosen One,” a bold declaration of his destined greatness long before his NBA debut.

The sneaker arrives in White, Stadium Green, Light Smoke Grey, and Black, echoing LeBron’s St. Vincent–St. Mary high school colors. On the heel is a gold “Chosen 1” badge stitched on, alluding to the tattoo LeBron got a few days after that historic headline first ran. Details such as the floral jacquard pattern and the frosty outsole finish the narrative with subtle touches.

Nike completes the set with a graphic tee that’s got LeBron’s “L23” logo and a backsplash that itemizes a list of accomplishments throughout his entire career, from Akron to Miami and everywhere in between.

adidas Anthony Edwards 2 “Core Black” Releases November 2025

UPDATE 10/30/25: A release date for the “Core Black” adidas AE 2 is set for November 15th, 2025.

Original Story 9/11/25:
Following the massive success of Anthony Edwards’ adidas AE 1, the sequel arrives with high expectations. The AE 1 was a near “Sneaker of the Year” contender and became so popular that adidas extended its run, delaying the AE 2 to release more colorways of the original. Nearly two years later, the adidas Anthony Edwards 2 finally debuts, and official images of the sleek “Core Black” colorway have surfaced.

The pair takes an overwhelmingly black base and uses white piping to accent the TPU louvres and heel counter. The black textile midfoot panel, Primeknit collar and neoprene tongue are minimal touches that keep the design looking sleek. It’s only the pops of bright red on Edwards’ personal logo on the tongue and the Three Stripes branding on the heel tab that really bring the contrast. Underfoot, the brand utilizes Lightstrike and Lightboost cushioning technologies, along with a propulsion plate and herringbone traction pattern for explosive performance on the court.

Initial leaks of the AE 2 received a polarizing response with some fans wondering if it could match the hype of its predecessor. Yet, as more official photos and on-foot looks continue to release, sneakerheads are coming around to the design. This “Core Black” rendition, in particular, features a clean and versatile execution that finds the sweet spot between performance and style. It may not have the OG game-changing aura of the AE 1 but is creating its own legacy in adidas Basketball.

The adidas Anthony Edwards 2 “Core Black” will release November 15, 2025 at adidas.com and select retailers. It will have a retail price of $130 USD.

Pharrell’s JOOPITER Launches “Jordan’s Jordans” Auction Featuring Michael Jordan’s Game-Worn PEs

Pharrell’s JOOPITER platform is taking sneaker culture into luxury territory with an exclusive auction titled “Jordan’s Jordans.” The digital auction house will feature five rare Air Jordan Player Exclusives, each handcrafted for Michael

Jordan himself—spanning pivotal chapters of his career both on and off the court.
Bidding opens November 6–18, 2025, with each pair expected to fetch between $40,000 and $60,000 USD.

Air Jordan 1 “Chicago” (1985)

Leading the lineup is MJ’s Air Jordan 1 “Chicago” PE, a mid-cut version customized with eight eyelets instead of nine, reflecting his personal fit preference—size 13 on the left, 13.5 on the right.

Air Jordan 8 “Playoffs” (1993)

Next is a game-worn Air Jordan 8 “Playoffs”, laced during his 35-point performance against Atlanta in 1993’s opening playoff game. The pair later landed with Jordan’s longtime bodyguard, John Wozniak—the same man immortalized in The Last Dance.

Air Jordan 9 Baseball Cleat “Barons” (1994)

Jordan’s short-lived baseball chapter is represented by Air Jordan 9 cleats made for his Birmingham Barons stint, while the Air Jordan 11 “Concord” and “Bred” pairs complete the set—each signed and tied to his 1995–96 championship season and first post-retirement title.

Air Jordan 11 “Concord” (1995–96)

Air Jordan 11 “Bred” (1996)

For collectors, JOOPITER’s “Jordan’s Jordans” isn’t just another auction—it’s a once-in-a-generation moment to own history straight from the GOAT’s feet.

Rick and Morty x PUMA MB.05 Brings Cartoon Chaos Back To The Court

LaMelo Ball and PUMA are back with another interdimensional adventure — the PUMA MB.05 “Rick and Morty”. Following the fan-favorite MB.01 and MB.02 editions, this third chapter pushes the chaos further with an eye-popping mismatched colorway straight out of Adult Swim’s multiverse.

Each shoe tells its own story: the left drenched in neon orange and volt green for Morty’s frantic energy, the right coated in bright aqua and pink to channel Rick’s offbeat genius. From “Not From Here” graphics to torn overlays and cartoon logos on the heel, every inch screams animation-inspired rebellion.

Even with LaMelo sidelined, his personality stays loud through this design — unpredictable, fearless, and fun to watch evolve. That’s the magic of this collab: it never plays it safe.

The Rick and Morty x PUMA MB.05 releases November 21, 2025, priced at $135 USD in men’s sizing, with grade school pairs dropping the same day.

Air Jordan 40 “Bordeaux” Brings A Timeless Wine-Tone Luxury

Jordan Brand is keeping things moving with the Air Jordan 40 “Bordeaux”. A high-fashion take on a classic color that made quite the statement in the Jumpman archives, this take on the Bordeaux theme is a luxurious shade that pops, yet keeps its cool. While “Bordeaux” debuted on the Air Jordan 7 way back in 1992, it’s aged into a true modern classic, and the Air Jordan 40 gives us a cleaner, contemporary take on the enduring tone.

Composed of layered tones in Bordeaux, Burgundy Crush, and University Red, this Air Jordan 40 is comfort in a sneaker. The layering of plush nubuck and suede across the upper creates a velvet-like texture that sits atop a contoured ZoomX midsole for all-day cushioning. Signature details like the Jordan 3 inspired panel shapes, reflective accents reminiscent of the AJ13, and an outsole pattern with a nod to the AJ12 connect 40 years of Jordan designs together.

More than anything else, this take on the AJ40 feels ultra-put-together. Cool on the court, yet equally at home on the town, this release skews toward the elegant side of the spectrum. The Bordeaux shade combined with the wine-stained tones of the color palette create an understated, almost introverted collector’s look that wows without trying too hard. It’s that kind of attention to detail that sneakerheads will appreciate: an understated colorway that needs no bells or whistles to make a statement.

After dropping in a few notable colorways since its release earlier this year, the Air Jordan 40 in “Bordeaux” is a release that manages to capture the silhouette’s sweet spot of modernity and nostalgia.

The Air Jordan 40 “Bordeaux” will be released Holiday 2025 for $205 USD. It will be available in men’s sizing at Nike.com and Jordan Brand retailers.
