Duke Women’s Basketball Reveals Another Nike Kobe 5 Protro PE

Duke Women’s Basketball is keeping its sneaker game elite with another exclusive Nike Kobe 5 Protro Duke PE. After last week’s Blue and Black version, the Lady Blue Devils unveiled a clean white and Duke blue colorway that matches their home uniforms flawlessly.

Shared on the team’s Instagram with the playful caption, “We got ’em in white too,” this pair captures Duke pride with subtle precision. The upper features a crisp white leather base, contrasted by Duke blue overlays, swooshes, and midsoles. The “D” logo lands on the left tongue, while Kobe Bryant’s iconic sheath emblem holds its place on the right — a tribute to both Mamba mentality and Blue Devil heritage.

While most fans would love to lace these up, this PE remains exclusive to the women’s team. That limited access only adds to its mystique, making this one of the cleanest college Kobe 5s we’ve seen yet.

BBC Ice Cream Board Flip Releasing At ComplexCon Las Vegas 2025

The BBC Ice Cream Board Flip is finally making a comeback. Team rider Jimmy Gorecki previewed the skateboarding classic and let the cat out of the bag — that the early-2000s legend is back for a limited release at ComplexCon Las Vegas 2025. Pharrell Williams’ cult brand is dusting off a few OG colorways, including Blue Raspberry and Juicy Pink, two throwback faves that will take you back.

The reissue stays true to the original, handled once again by Reebok, just like the 2005 debut. More than a sneaker, the Board Flip symbolized BBC Ice Cream’s deep connection to skate and street culture. Back then, the brand’s skate team—featuring Terry Kennedy, Jacob Wilder, Kevin Brooker, Cato Williams, and a young Gorecki—broke boundaries, spotlighting Black talent in a space that rarely celebrated it.

Nearly 20 years later, the BBC Ice Cream Board Flip 2025 brings nostalgia with modern relevance. The colors pop, the suede feels premium, and the cultural footprint remains as strong as ever. That’s the kind of drop that connects generations of sneaker lovers.

The BBC Ice Cream Board Flips will release October 25, 2025 during the two-day ComplexCon festival in Las Vegas and will be limited to 500 pairs.

adidas Anthony Edwards 2 “Georgia Bulldogs” Releases March 2026

The adidas Anthony Edwards 2 “Georgia Bulldogs” celebrates Ant’s college roots with a design that mixes nostalgia and edge. While keeping the bold shape of the AE 2, this colorway captures the pride of Edwards’ time at the University of Georgia — the place where he first showed the world what was coming.

The shoe’s Pure Ruby mesh upper is paired with Silver Metallic TPU accents that shimmer like Georgia’s game-day energy. Black overlays add a sleek finish, grounding the vibrant base. Though adidas can’t officially label it as a Georgia Bulldogs edition — the university remains a Nike school — the inspiration speaks loud for fans who know the story.

Since the AE line’s debut, adidas Basketball has treated every Edwards release like an event, from cinematic campaigns to the confidence-driven storytelling that mirrors Ant’s fearless play. This drop follows that same energy — part performance model, part personal statement.

Christian Tresser Returns To Nike Under Jordan Brand

Nike is getting one of its biggest legends back in the house. According to Brendan Dunne on X, Christian Tresser is rejoining the footwear giant under the Jordan Brand umbrella as a senior expert designer, where he will focus on speed-to-market footwear design and development. He made the official announcement on social media, posting a photo of himself in front of the Michael Jordan Building at the Nike World Headquarters.

The Air Max 97 designer helped put the final touches on Nike’s late-’90s running era, mixing futuristic lines and bold colorways with masterful, layered silver waves. He also gained attention at Reebok prior to his run at Nike, producing such classics as the Aztrek and DMX Daytona. Later in his career, Tresser was at adidas, working on the Yeezy 700 MNVN series from 2020 to 2023, so he certainly hasn’t been resting on his laurels.

Now, the Christian Tresser Nike return is a sign that things are about to get interesting under the Jordan Brand umbrella as Tresser is tapped to work on a series of performance and lifestyle projects. He has a proven history of elevating the best and boldest of ideas to legendary status, so it’s not hard to see why sneakerheads are salivating at the possibilities. That’s the kind of comeback story that sneaker culture lives for, after all — one where innovation and legacy collide.

The Christian Tresser Jordan Brand era will kick off soon, and it’s sure to light a fire under Nike’s next classic.

FIRST LOOK: Nike SB Air Force 1 Low “Flax”

Nike SB is expanding its catalog once again, introducing the Nike SB Air Force 1 “Flax” as part of its upcoming 2026 lineup. After exploring crossovers like the SB Air Max 95, this marks the brand’s first-ever skate-built take on the Air Force 1.

At first glance, the silhouette retains its familiar shape, but this project might be Nike SB’s boldest conversion yet. Skaters typically look for better board feel—something the AF1’s thick midsole isn’t known for. Still, as seen with past SB Jordan 4 and SB Air Max 95 launches, these redesigns attract both skaters and collectors alike. Adding authenticity, SB team rider Eric Koston has been spotted testing the pair, suggesting genuine skate performance updates beneath the surface.

Dressed in the beloved “Flax/Wheat/Gum Light Brown” palette, the shoe channels the iconic AF1 “Workboot” aesthetic from the early-2000s era. Premium nubuck uppers, tonal stitching, and black Nike SB Air branding on the heel tie the heritage look together. A gum outsole finishes the design with rugged appeal, making it ready for fall sessions or everyday wear.

The Nike SB Air Force 1 “Flax” releases Spring 2026 at select skate shops and Nike.com.

UPDATE 10/21/25: Official photos of the Anthony Edwards adidas AE 1 Low football cleat have been added below. The AE 1 football cleats are expected to release in May 2026.

Original Story 6/11/25:
Anthony Edwards is lacing up for more than the hardwood. The adidas AE 1 Low Football Cleat is sprinting into Summer 2026.

Yes, you read that right—his beloved adidas AE 1 just got a turf-ready upgrade. This marks the first time adidas transforms the AE 1 Low into a football cleat.

Dressed in the “Best of Adi” colorway, this cleat keeps the basketball shoe’s bold identity. The TPU honeycomb wing, fang toe cap, and breathable mesh stay locked in. However, the outsole now flexes adidas’ Freak Plate 20 for football-ready grip.

Lime green logos give the black upper some punch, while a clean white wing provides fresh contrast. It’s loud, it’s fast, and it means business on the gridiron.

Even better, adidas kept Boost cushioning for all-day comfort—whether you’re running routes or running errands. This is a true sports crossover that blends sneaker culture with cleat tech.

Grateful Dead x Oregon Ducks x Nike Air Max 90 “Grateful Ducks” Releases October 2025

UPDATE 10/21/25: Ahead of Oregon’s special “Grateful Ducks” matchup on October 25th, Nike has officially unveiled its campaign celebrating the collaboration. Original Story 10/2/25:
The Grateful Dead x Oregon Ducks x Nike Air Max 90 “Grateful Ducks” is without a doubt one of the most bizarre collabs of the year. Pairing the mind-bending psychedelia of the Grateful Dead with the spirit and pride of the University of Oregon, Nike has captured both counterculture and college basketball in one Grateful Ducks Air Max 90.

This sneaker pays tribute to the Dead’s 2020 SB Dunk Low collaboration while weaving in the Ducks’ iconic green and yellow. A tie-dye mudguard and rainbow-stitched Swoosh add retro flair, while white mesh and suede keep the base clean. Pops of yellow highlight the tongue and outsole, giving the shoe a collegiate edge. But the cherry on top of this unique Dunk is the hangtag. Nike replaces the Grateful Dead’s iconic bears holding hands with ducks instead. Oregon’s mascot gets a sweet shoutout. It’s the small touches like this one that sneakers fans and Deadheads will love.

The Grateful Dead and Oregon have both collaborated with Nike in the past, but today marks the first time their legacies intersect on a collaborative level. With both the Dead and Oregon, this collection really isn’t a stretch as the Grateful Dead have deep roots performing for the people of Eugene, Oregon.

First teased by Bodega who quickly dropped pairs for sale before removing their listings, the pre-release intrigue is growing for the release.

Nike Air Force 1 Low Goes For A Monochrome “Vachetta Tan” Look

The Nike Air Force 1 Low “Vachetta Tan” is a minimalist take on the high-end AF1.

Shiny beige suede covers every inch of the shoe. This is no ordinary pair, though. The most obvious difference is the absence of the Nike Air logo on the heel tab. That’s an easy mark of this iteration’s more refined, boutique quality that AF1 devotees will recognize immediately.

But the classic AF1 cues are still there, including the embroidered tongue tag, the mini Swoosh at the base of the lace system, and the sculpted “AIR” text on the midsole. It’s a straightforward yet luxurious rework of the OG Air Force 1.
