The Nike Vomero Premium “NYC” is available ahead of the November 1 race, giving New York its own edition after the recent Chicago release. Both use city abbreviations on the side panels, with NYC taking the place of the CHI lettering seen on the earlier pair.

Most of the shoe stays black, from the mesh upper and lace panels down to the thick midsole. Volt green breaks up that dark base across the NYC branding on the outer side and the tongue logos. There are no extra colors competing with those details, so the lettering is easy to pick out.

The same green carries into the two visible Air units, putting some color beneath the foot as well. On the inner side, oversized AIR lettering replaces the city branding as the main graphic. That gives each side a different look while keeping the Black and Volt combination throughout.

The Nike Vomero Premium “NYC Marathon” is available now through Nike and select retailers online and in-store, just a few days before runners take to New York’s streets.
