Black nubuck sits beneath orange and royal blue panels on the Air Jordan 1 Mid “Knicks”, which pairs New York’s familiar colors with a detail borrowed from the Air Jordan 8. Official images show a chenille tongue patch in place of the Mid’s usual tongue branding.
Orange runs across the heel panels and Swoosh, while royal blue covers the toe overlays and eyestays. The colors divide the front and back of the shoe, following a blocking approach seen on earlier “Top 3” and “Fearless” releases.
The textured tongue patch is the bigger departure from a standard AJ1 Mid, adding an Air Jordan 8 feature without changing the rest of the silhouette. It also gives this pair something in common with the Air Jordan 8 “Knicks” beyond the orange and blue palette.
The Air Jordan 1 Mid “Knicks” is expected to release during Holiday 2026 for $150.
