SoleFly is getting another Jordan project, and the next one will be an Air Jordan 4. Daniel Hidalgo, one of the Miami shop’s co-founders, let that slip in an Instagram comment while talking about the Hurricanes heading back to Nike.
Miami is expected to leave adidas and return to Nike in July 2027 under a reported 10-year deal. That should also mean more Nike and Jordan Brand player exclusives for the school once the switch happens.
There still is not much out there about the SoleFly pair itself. No photos have surfaced, and Hidalgo did not say anything about the colorway, materials, or when it will release. His only real hint was “soon,” so the timing is still up in the air.
SoleFly has worked with Jordan Brand plenty of times before, and Miami usually finds its way into those projects somehow. The Air Jordan 12 “Cafecito” pulled from the city’s coffee culture, while earlier Air Jordan 1 and Air Jordan 3 releases used orange and green that felt much closer to Hurricanes colors.
That does not mean this Air Jordan 4 is a Miami Hurricanes project. Nothing has been confirmed there yet. The timing just makes the connection easy to notice with Miami moving back to Nike and SoleFly already having so much history tied to the city.
For now, the only thing confirmed is that a SoleFly x Air Jordan 4 is coming. A release date has yet to be announced.
