Few basketball shoes from the past several years have built the kind of following attached to the Nike GT Cut 1. After becoming a favorite among players during its original 2021 and 2022 run, the model has returned with another wave of releases, seasonal colorways, and several player-exclusive pairs worn by Dylan Harper.

The latest version connects the performance silhouette to Nike Nationals, which wrapped up at the end of July. This colorway previously appeared on U.S. release calendars before being removed without explanation, making it unclear whether the launch was pushed back or dropped from the schedule altogether.

The Nike GT Cut 1 “Nike Nationals” could still arrive later in 2026, but a release date has yet to be announced.
