Nike has added another group of football players to its NIL roster before the 2026 season, signing talent from the college ranks along with 11 high school recruits from around the country.
Ole Miss quarterback Trinidad Chambliss and Texas wide receiver Cam Coleman are the two college names in the class. Both already play for Nike-backed programs, so the partnerships extend relationships the brand has in place rather than creating an entirely separate campaign around them.
The high school additions give Nike a presence with players still moving through the recruiting process. National Signing Day is still ahead, and much of the attention around this group will come through game footage, recruiting updates, and highlight clips once the fall schedule begins.
Nike introduced the athletes together in a group photoshoot ahead of the high school and college football seasons. There is no new sneaker or cleat attached to the announcement. The story here is the roster itself, which adds more young players to Nike’s growing NIL presence across football.
Those partnerships will become more visible once games begin and the 2026 season is underway.
