Nike KD 8 VIII

The Nike KD 8 is set to debut this July 2015 and here is the first look at the Nike KD 8 “Bright Crimson” colorway.

Before the official launch of the 8th signature shoe from Kevin Durant by Nike Basketball, we take a look at one of the first colorways to release that is dressed in a Bright Crimson, White and Black color scheme and inspired by the sabertooth tiger.

The shoe has an Air Max running sneaker vibe than to be a Nike Basketball silhouette, but it appears that the Nike KD 8 is taking a more Kobe Bryant approach towards his upcoming Nike KD line – Kevin Durant did say the KD8 would change the game of sneakers.

Built with an Engineered Mesh supported upper that includes Dynamic Flywire, a TPU heel counter, with an interesting sabertooth fang riding up the back heel that is inspired by one of Kevin Durant’s tattoos. Finishing off the look is a brand new Air Max unit that is commonly seen on Nike’s running shoes.

Nike KD 8 “Bright Crimson” Release Date

Check out the additional detailed and on-feet photos of the Nike KD 8 below and look for them to release on Saturday, July 11th, 2015 at select Nike Basketball retailers. The retail price tag is set at $175 USD.
